Technology Development Services Only

I provide custom software development, customization, deployment, and technical support services for trading platforms based on individual client requirements.

My services are limited to:

Custom trading platform development
Feature customization
Broker API integration as requested by the client
Deployment on the client's own VPS and domain
Source code handover (where applicable)
AMC and technical support

Not an Algo Provider or Platform Operator

Each platform is developed exclusively for the respective client and operates under the client's ownership, infrastructure, and brand.

I do not own, host, operate, or manage any trading platform or centralized trading service.

Unlike SaaS platforms such as Tradetron, Quantiply, or Quantman, I do not:

Operate a centralized trading platform
Host customer accounts or trading data
Onboard traders or end users
Provide trading services under my own brand
Manage client broker accounts
Execute or monitor trades on behalf of users

No Investment or Trading Advice

I am not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser, Research Analyst, Portfolio Manager, Stock Broker, or Financial Advisor. I do not provide:

Buy or sell recommendations
Trading strategies or algorithms
Investment or financial advice
Stock tips or market predictions
Research reports
Portfolio management services

Client Responsibility

The client is solely responsible for operating and managing the platform after deployment, including:

Operating the platform
Obtaining all required regulatory approvals, licenses, registrations, and exchange or broker compliance applicable to their business
Managing broker integrations and user accounts
Ensuring compliance with SEBI, stock exchange, broker, and other applicable laws and regulations

Trading Responsibility

Any end user utilizing the platform is solely responsible for:

Creating or using trading strategies
Configuring automation
Managing trading risks
Reviewing and placing orders
Any profits, losses, taxes, or financial consequences arising from trading activities

Limitation of Liability

My responsibility is limited to providing technology development and technical support services.

I shall not be responsible for:

Trading outcomes or investment decisions
Regulatory or licensing compliance of the client's business
Broker-side failures or API interruptions
Exchange-related issues
Trading losses or missed opportunities
Business operations conducted by the client

Acceptance

By engaging my software development services, the client acknowledges that I act solely as a technology development partner. Ownership, operation, regulatory compliance, and all trading-related responsibilities remain entirely with the client.
